Invitation to Next Round and Bid Feedback

Suppliers are automatically notified about new rounds and previous round bid feedback via multiple channels which include email and in-app notifications which are located at the top right corner of the website.

A detailed overview of the tender is available on the Locations page. Every row displays round information followed by round progress status and possible actions such as the Place Bid button for every location.

If a supplier is invited to the next round they will see the current round end date & time, the status will change to Awaiting Bid and a Place Bid button will be displayed.

Previous round feedback is only available if the supplier advances to the next round.
